The live portal needs a database, protected file storage, backups, and authentication. This separate application uses its own database and accounts; it does not share WordPress or student-portal credentials.

Integration with smsnjiro.org hosting, secure librarian sign-in, a database, persistent file storage, role permissions, audit logs and backups.
Recommended resource fields
Title, author, resource type, subject or department, publication year, language, abstract, keywords, file format, citation details and rights or licence.
Copyright and privacy
Upload only materials the seminary is authorised to distribute. Keep unpublished research, personal data and restricted course documents protected by appropriate access permissions.
